1/3/18 - Property Taxes Assessed in 2017

Property taxes for 2017 have been calculated and assessed during 2017. The amount due can be found via the Property Search.

Note: The tax bills will be prepared by the treasurer and mailed this month. You can, however, print yourself a copy from the Property Search page. 

2017 is a “triennium” year. All property values are raised or lowered based on an order from the Ohio Tax Commissioner.

Remember, you can always call the Auditor’s office if you have questions about the value we have for your property, any information on your property, or any questions about a levy or assessment. The general real estate number is 440-576-1437.
