Mobile Home Owners on Homestead Tax Issue

The Auditor's Office has discovered that some Mobile Home Owners who should receive Homestead as they have in previous years, are not receiveing the credit in 2023. This is a system error which we are working with our Real Estate Software Vendor to fix. 

If you own a mobile home and received Homestead in the past but not this year, you should receive an updated, corrected Tax Bill in the mail once the issue has been fixed.
