2023 CAUV Soil Value Change Webinar Aug 31st

With the State Mandated 2023 Triennial Property Value Update occurring in Ashtabula County for next year's tax bills, the CAUV soil values are also being updated by the State Department of Taxation and have been released. Increases to all soil types are occurring with values increasing. Hear from the Ashtabula County Auditor's Office on how this process occurs, what to expect for changes in values, and how to make your voice heard in this process.
