CAUV Transfer Conveyance Form Updated

In an effort to help streamline and simplify the process of transferring property on CAUV, the Auditor's Office has updated our DTE 102 CAUV Conveyance Form.

This form no longer requires the Grantor of the property to sign upon transferring. The importance of this form is to notify the new owners of the potential for Recoupment of tax savings should the new owner elect not to continue their agricultural activity.
